Nicole has experience representing a wide array of clients, both plaintiffs and defendants, in state and federal courts, in civil and criminal proceedings. Nicole routinely handles issues involving workers compensation, fraud, white collar defense, data privacy, wage and hour disputes, class action, unlawful detainer, sexual harassment, and various corporate employment issues. Nicole has extensive experience in e-discovery, cross border litigation, pretrial, and trial experience. Nicole has been selected as a coveted few on the trial team of multiple large scale litigation matters, including the representation of a former major league baseball player in a ten-week jury trial in the Central District of California. Her practice includes the representation of multinational corporations and individuals in all phases of investigations and litigation.
