Chris Katrandjian is an associate in the real estate department.  His practice focuses on complex commercial real estate transactions, including the acquisition, financing, development and leasing of office, hotel, industrial and retail properties in California and throughout the United States.

Chris represents both buyers and sellers in acquisition and disposition transactions.  He has substantial experience preparing and negotiating purchase and sale agreements as well as other agreements related to the management and closing of such transactions.

With respect to leasing transactions, his experience includes the preparation and negotiation of commercial and industrial lease agreements, amendments, assumption and assignment agreements, subleases, termination agreements, non-disturbance and attornment agreements, lease workouts and restructure agreements, guarantees and brokerage and commission agreements.

With respect to financing transactions, his experience includes the representation of borrowers in the origination, syndication and work-out of construction loans, permanent loans, mezzanine loans and other financing types.

Prior to joining Elkins Kalt, Chris was a transactional associate at the law firm of O'Melveny & Myers LLP in its Century City office.
